A "Pause" command sounds like a good idea I think. Although it might be hard to actually resolve if an imm doesn't happen to be online to work as an intermediator, at least it might act as a way to mark that people should not rush away with IC actions but go ooc to resolve whatever issue is at hand.

By the way, Mages and Order are both just as evil. Everyone knows that fools are the only truly good guys!
