Sorry, everyone. I forgot the shell password, so even though I knew about the game being down, my options were to force a reset and lock Azarial out or wait for Azarial. :/
I have since had my knowledge refreshed (I just don't log into the shell very often because I don't program TI), and next time we should be able to respond better.
