Re: Thematic Clarification
Historically*, any empire (especially ones where the ruler delegated power to others) had its fair share of rebellions and secessions. In our case, I think we see a lot of it to 1) remind us players that the world is larger than the built grid or the PCs that populate it and 2) to inject necessary c...

Furniture Installation
I'd like to suggest the ability for PCs to lock down furniture. Not in a twinky "haha, you can't steal my furniture" kind of way, but more of a "yay, 'get all' doesn't pick up all my dropped clothing AND my bedroom furniture" kind of way. On another game they had a feature like this that was called ...

Re: Illness Engine Proposal
I'm happy to see this come up again! I think when it's been suggested in the past, people were generally against it but I was and still am all for it. I agree that nothing coded and likely to catch someone at random should be very serious. Things that are minor enough to use for an RP hook, or that ...

Re: MUSHclient Color-Grab Plugin for TI
CMUD can grab colors too, but if you're on something that can't for whatever reason, there's also the option of editing either a note or mail with the strings and typing @{ to have the game spit out the color codes. I thought it was in help ansi but now I don't see it so... Typo QP for meee! \o/

Re: Cups and Shots of Booze
I like the idea of making split work with drinks most of all, actually, especially if the split pieces are toolable. I'm all kinds of code ignorant but since this exists already for food, hopefully it wouldn't be too much work to add for drinks?

Re: Inlcude IAW/AFK status and message in whois
I kind of remember something about AFK and IAW being removed from the who list so newbies or people logging in wouldn't who check, see a bunch of people not around, and log out again. But adding afk/iaw show or maybe even who iaw/who afk might be of help?

Decay Sort
Like mail sort, but for perishable items.
This would sort items in order of decay date so people could cook those meat bits or eggs closest to disappearing before the new stuff they just brought in, saving a lot of time having to appraise multiples of the same item.

Re: pay date <bank transaction number>
Agree.
I think the banking system overall could use some updating and improvement, so I don't know if it's easier to add and adjust piecemeal or to maybe suggest an overhaul as a bigger project.

Re: Champion publicity
I think this was brought up before, actually! And taxing my poor memory further, I think it was ultimately vetoed due to a number of people not wanting their champion status to be known. I'm not sure, though, if a toggle was ever considered, so you could decide for yourself one way or the other. Lik...
